Delete your account
You can delete your Tuc-Tuc account and its associated data at any time. Below is how to do it and what happens to your data.
In the app (recommended)
- Open the Tuc-Tuc app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap “Delete account” and confirm by entering your password.
- Once confirmed, the account is deactivated and the data is marked for deletion.
No access to the app?
Send a deletion request from the email address associated with the account to danil@klimov.company with the subject “Account deletion”. Include your username (MXID) in the form @логин:tuc-tuc.asia. We will process the request within 15 business days after verifying your identity.
What data is deleted and when

Account deletion is irreversible. Once the process is complete, restoring your message history and media will be impossible. Individual copies of messages may remain with the people you chatted with — their data is deleted upon their own request.
The processing and deletion of personal data are described in the Privacy Policy (§7–8) in accordance with the requirements of the Apple App Store, Google Play, and Article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V “On Personal Data and Its Protection”.
